Warranty Terms and Conditions

  • All warranty duration shall base on an Invoice purchased data only. Warranty and refund can’t be claimed in case of absence of warranty receipt.
  • During warranty time period any hardware related problem can be repaired with respect to standard warranty policy.
  • In the event that the item has been discontinued or not available to exchange, we shall replace it with product of similar function.
  • Minimum one hour is required to examine a faulty unit & right after examine the product. Manager and management decision would be final even after examine the product.
  • Within 24-Hours of Customer’s complain, services will be provide.
  • Replacement of any product within 72-Hours according to settlement.
  • Payment mode 100% cash as advance on below 50,000/- amount and more than 50,000/- the 50% cash as advance and 50% on the time of delivery.
  • Protection of Product Password is customer’s responsibility.

Warranty Not Claimed in Case:

  • Warranty not claimed in case of burn due to electric shock, Alteration, Misuse and damaged by physically.
  • In case either VGA or HDMI individually giving the display.
  • Any temptation with claimed item’s parts, warranty sticker and in case erased serial number.
  • We don’t recommend to run product on UPS and Generator otherwise warranty will not claimed.

Special Note:

  • Kindly use stabilizer with CCTV Cameras if you want to connect it with UPS or Generator otherwise warranty will not be claim.
  • Its compulsory to receive/collect a claimed item within 30 days, otherwise management would not be responsible.
